Concrete Removal Around Boise and the Treasure Valley

We break out and haul concrete for homeowners and contractors from Boise to the edges of the Treasure Valley. The work is the same everywhere, but the conditions aren't, and those details shape how a job goes.

What changes from place to place

Getting to the concrete

The biggest factor is how close we can get. A front driveway on a wide street is simple. A backyard patio behind a fence with a narrow side gate is a different job.

Before we quote, it helps to hear about gates, slopes, trees, overhead lines and anything else between the street and the concrete.

Older neighborhoods vs newer ones

Older homes often have concrete that's been patched, poured over or added onto through the years. Sometimes there's a second layer under the top one, or steel nobody expected.

Newer subdivisions usually have fewer surprises in the concrete itself. But lots are tighter and finished landscaping sits close to the edges, so more of the job is about protecting sod, sprinklers and fences.

HOA rules

Plenty of neighborhoods around the valley have an HOA. Some have rules about work hours, where trucks can park, or what a driveway can be replaced with. If you have one, read your rules or ask before the job is scheduled. A quick email to the HOA now is easier than a letter after the work's done.

Permits

Taking concrete out is often straightforward. What comes next might not be, especially if it touches the sidewalk, curb or driveway approach along the street. Every city handles this its own way, so check with your city before you plan the new pour. Whoever's doing the new concrete may also know what your city expects, since they deal with it all the time.

Towns we serve

Boise

Boise runs from older neighborhoods with original driveways and alley garages to newer subdivisions on the edges of town. Older lots can hide extra layers of concrete or footings from a garage that came down long ago.

Meridian

Much of Meridian is newer subdivisions, and many have an HOA. Driveway and patio jobs here usually mean working around finished yards, so keeping the sod and sprinklers in one piece is a big part of it.

Nampa

Nampa mixes older in-town homes with newer neighborhoods and some bigger lots. On larger properties, old shed slabs and pads from long-gone outbuildings are common things to clear.

Caldwell

Caldwell has older neighborhoods near downtown, newer building around the outside and rural property nearby. Old foundations and footings can turn up when someone's clearing a lot for something new.

Eagle

Eagle has a lot of landscaped yards, and many neighborhoods have HOA rules. Patios and walkways here often sit right next to planting beds and stonework you'll want left untouched.

Garden City

Garden City lots are often small, with older homes next to newer infill. Access tends to be the main question, so tell us about gates and side yards when you call.

Kuna

Kuna has newer subdivisions alongside plenty of open acreage. Hot tub pads, shed slabs and old footings are typical jobs on the bigger properties.

Star

Star is mostly newer neighborhoods, and many come with HOA rules about work hours and street parking. It's worth checking those before you schedule a driveway replacement.

Middleton

Middleton has newer subdivisions in town and rural property around it. Out on the bigger lots, old outbuilding slabs and foundations are often part of making room for something new.

Somewhere in between?

We also work in Hidden Springs and the communities around these towns. If you're on the edge of the valley and not sure we'll come out, just ask. It costs nothing to find out.

When you call, tell us your town, what kind of concrete it is and how we'd get to it. That's usually enough to get the conversation started.

Wherever you are in the valley

Give us a call and tell us where the concrete is and what's coming out.
